Abstract

Choosing place of SEVERAL FLOOR PARKING’S is one of the key problems in the middle city such as maragheh. This problem has to investigate with consideration to some standards. The main purpose of this study is determining suitable places for establishment of SEVERAL FLOOR PARKING’S. In this study have been used phase methods in GIS environment and in business centre of the Maragheh. For gaining access to this purpose parameters like, distance of travel absorption centers, distance of available ways and routes, earth price, suitable competence for establishment of parking and other parameters have been used. Obtained results, according to symmetry of place division in region level, show the best and the most desirable condition. In this condition, 7501 square meter of the considered restricted area have been chosen as the best areas for the establishment of SEVERAL FLOOR PARKING’S. Given the need for parking in the study area Which average 30, 789 square feet of net parking space is required as Parking in the building which can be up to 4 floors Can be used to respond to this demand of 6, 157 meters of land use. Multiply this number by the number of floors (5 floors including the roof) of about 30, 785 square meters of space is achieved.
