Abstract

Global developments in the field of economic, social and physical - space, greatly influenced contemporary understanding of human political structures and social component has A new generation of community-based and theory which claims to have been born. SOCIAL SECURITY is in community development as a result of economic, social, cultural or location is. The researchers are attempting to comparative neighborhood Fatemi destroyer and feelings of SOCIAL SECURITY in the two districts to assess. First, the method for collecting data and information through library and field research, the number of 377 questionnaires and 367 questionnaires for the neighborhood to neighborhood destroyer Cochrane Fatemi was calculated according to the formula And data were analyzed with spss software. Methods and analytical–descriptive. The results show that most of the destroyer feel safe in the neighborhood is the neighborhood of the Fatimid and more areas to identify unsafe neighborhoods, and how residents feel safe in these spaces have been studied. So that both respondents have stated that the neighborhood is dark spaces makes insecurity Also Fatemi neighborhood parks insecurity in the neighborhood of the destroyer. Overall, the destroyer of neighborhoods predominantly affluent neighborhood of northern Tehran has more security than the core city neighborhoods Fatemi is Dardmy. This could indicate a direct relationship between the economic level of the neighborhood residents is the amount of SOCIAL SECURITY.
