In preparing the data through field research using questionnaires and continued data Data analysis, structural equation modeling using LISREL software is is used The results of this study show Dhdrzaytmndy customer is the most influential factor, as well as the factors related to quality, CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS, organizations image, OF PERCEIVED QUALITY, relationship marketing, perceived value, loyalty is proof the positive the oral Ads.
