Abstract

In fact, INFORMAL SETTELMENT is reflecting of space-body of harms that exist in society. It is effect of accelerating current civilization that has been apparent inside or invironment of the towns. In fact, it is subject that too many of the countries are captive by it. Informal HOUSE is not vanishable and it is in development in many countries. In this paper, we study quantitative and qualitative situation of the Hasar Imam Khomeini neighborhood. In this study, we compare HOUSE factors in Hasar Imam Khomeini quarter, town and country by using the equivalent method. Also by using the SWOT model, we analysis the research findings. Earned results say that HOUSE situation improvement lead to increasing the many factors such as invironment condition, living quality and so on.
