Abstract

The paper's aim is to develope a model for the regional decorative stone Export by using six independent variables including managerial activities, marketing activities, implementation activities, financial and human resources activities, marble processing activities and external factors (such as inflation and government intervention). Data were gathered and analyzed from two groups of stone industry experts using qualitative analysis (In-depth interview) and marble producers and Exporters usingquantitative analysis (36-question questionnaire). The results have showed that implementation activities took the first place in both analyses. In the next place, the experts emphasized on financial and human recourse activities while other group chose marble processing activities as the second most important variable affecting the development of decorative stone Export.
