Abstract: 

This research aims to design and describe a model for strategic competencies of senior managers in petrochemical industry, the competencies which assist them to promote their performance in implementing strategic management process and result in realization of strategic goals and better performance of the organization. In this research, having reviewed the studies already done in this field and the literature of the research, a preliminary framework was developed to recognize the management competencies. In the next step in-depth interviews with managing directors of the petrochemical companies which has been selected as superior companies was conducted and “ Thematic Analysis” technique has been used to analyze the interviews. The identified competencies were categorized in five dimensions of knowledge, skills, experience, attitude and personal characteristics and in order to examine the reliability of the findings, the results were edited and distributed in the form of questionnaires among the university and petrochemical industry elites. Later, the “ smartPLS” software was used for model evaluation and “ Friedman Test” was applied to prioritize principal and subsidiary parameters in each dimension. The research resulted in recognition of 54 principal parameters and 10 subsidiary parameters which have been categorized and prioritized in 5 dimensions of knowledge, skills, experience, attitude and personal characteristics.

Abstract: 

Organizations as think to its self-preservation and survival must be able beyond its self-oriented perspective, to own origin that is derived from the its social role to address the consequences of their effects to the society and have be commitment, responsibility and responsiveness to the needs and demands of the community with consider ethical and morality values in the form of a comprehensive, strategic planning and management of their own. This research with the aim of the explanation of promotion template forCorporate Social Responsibility is a qualitative study according to Modified Classic Delphi method. The sample group was selected using snowball sampling. Thus that from each participant was asked to introduce managers and employees on the basis of sufficient knowledge and experience in subject of research, with the qualification Master's degree or higher with over fifteen years of experience. Eventually after saturate in the solutions were seventeen in number. Based on research findings, the priorities suggested by experts to have a corporation with high social responsibility are including: increasing level of organizational trust and psychological health of employees through of ethical leadership, Make of supporter organizational environment, establishment of the Ethic Committee in order to preserve organizational excellence, Serious support from senior managers to develop and implement ethical codes as guide of professional ethic and social responsibility principles, Informing and educating the ethic codes through an information system, assess the level of ethical perceptions of employees before employing, Implementation of ethical codes without discrimination and invasion of privacy and personal staff and etc.

Abstract: 

Effective Utilization of Knowledge Resouces and Knowledge Management System Implementation needs required demands for suitable Strategy developing. This research focuses to assess the organization readness level for Knowledge Management System Implementation. This Tries to Attempt The Readness Evaluation Strategy of a Research Center. Abstract: 

The paper aim is to answer this question we have tried to answer this question that which appropriate pattern should be used in order to develop the export of decorative stone to China. The elected method for achieving this goal is a compound (the connection of data) method, which at first stage used the qualitative method of interviewing 15 key managers of the stone Industry of Iran and resulted in recognition of 64 effective factors on the development of export in the framework of 5 principal and 12 subsidiary factors. Then by utilizing the quantitative measurement method, a questionnaire was designed for the examination of the importance and effects of all the discovered factors, which was handed to the statistical society of exporter agencies including around 42 agencies. We used the real data of Dollar value growth and export tonnage volume and growth of the share of China market between1390 to 1392. Therefore 42 companies, which had continuous export to china during these 3 years, were elected and the information gained from this questionnaire related with the managing directors of the companies, as the legal persons, were analyzed. The results show that the capability and worthiness of management, capabilities of export marketing, export knowledge, quarry ownership and costume duties and rights have the most to least importance in the development of export of decorative stone to china. Also from the results achieved from the the PLS were meaningful and matched with the statistical society and the variables such as the capability of export marketing, capability and worthiness of management, capabilities of export marketing, export knowledge, quarry ownership and costume duties and rights have the most to least effect on the export function of these companies.

Abstract: 

To rich the objectives and missions in today’ s competitive world, organizations have to determine their strategies, exert strategic planning and eventually performance evaluation. Weighting and prioritization of strategic layers helps organization to adjust their time and investment, according to the organization objectives. Meanwhile, the Balanced Scorecard paves the way to grow and achieve excellence. Strategic map derived out of the balanced scorecard concepts is in fact a complicated causal model which includes the effects of growth and learning in the organization, on internal business processes, customers and finally the financial perspective. Recently, various methods have been employed to expand the classic model of balanced scorecard which has led to its combination with both quantitative and qualitative models. In this research which is a case study of various strategic layers (strategic objectives and contexts) of a petrochemical company, after a review on the literature of strategy, balanced scorecard, and a study of strategic contexts and objectives, we conclude to prioritization of the strategic layers of the company. Subsequent to the weighting and prioritization of strategic themes and objectives, the strategic map of the company is drawn.

Abstract: 

As entering into third millennium and emphasizing on some factors such as awareness, mentality and freedom, humanism and more attention on human force in organization, global cognition view and anthropology of managers have changed. So organizations are pursuing individuals without partiality and parochialism and believers of morality and spiritual values. So the aim or this research was to present an" Effective improvement plan of managers using spiritual intelligence and professional ethics". Statistical sample was 200 individuals selected from 1388 statistical population in secondary schools of Mashhad city. Research methodology was descriptive and survey and correlation type. Data collection instruments were king's spiritual intelligence questionnaire, professional ethic questionnaire and effectiveness questionnaire. Data analysis was done using structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and professional ethics with managgers effectiveness, as spiritual intelligence factor has been 0. 65 with 12. 25 significance level as well as professional behavior factor which is 0. 39 with 11. 02 significiance level. Also results of structural model in standard estimation case shows the positive and significant relationship between professional behavior aspects (group activity, loyalty, professional responsibillity, scientific commitment and financial responsibility) and spiritual intelligence aspects (critical contemplation, self-meaning generation, awareness extension) with effectiveness.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the impact of alignment of production staretgy and environment uncertainty to improve business performance. In this research, taxonomy of strategies create by grouping companies to clusters with common attributes bases on gestalt approach using Self-Organizing Map. outputs of cluster analysis and cluster validity indices in 247 companies in Iranian food industries indicate four strategic clusters of production strategy and four clusters of demand and supply uncertainty Efficiency Companies in environment with low demand and low supply uncertainty, risk-hedging Companies in environment with low demand and high supply uncertainty, responsive Companies in environment with high demand and low supply uncertainty and Companies with flexible Companies in environment with high demand and high supply uncertainty have higher business performance.

Abstract: 

In information age, effective tools called intelligence systems have appeared. These systems guarantee the organizations’ success through the analysis of managers’ required information to formulate the strategies and plans. Compared to external factors, the obtained information from the internal factors plays a significant role in meeting the managers’ needs. This study thus, aims at conceptualizing the intelligence concept from the perspective of the organizational internal factors. Moreover, this study provides a new model for signifying the contribution of internal resources as the key component of intelligence. For this purpose, research questionnaire was distributed among the organizations which used business intelligence systems. Then, the suggested model was tested using structural equation approach. The findings showed that organizational internal intelligence is measured through organizational process intelligence, organizational resource intelligence (financial resource, human resource, and physical resource intelligence) and information intelligence. In addition, the selected organizations showed an average level of internal intelligence which highlights the managers’ concern with this kind of intelligence and it’ s constitutes especially organizational process intelligence.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the most effective ways to create differentiation in the mobile industry is based on Blue Ocean Strategy. The research population includes cellphone sellers in major cellphone selling centers of Tehran and their customers. Research data was collected by means of researcher made questionnaire completed through surveying. To test the hypothesis, parametric test (t) was used. Based on research results effect of four variables of simultaneous consideration of emotional and functional aspects, consideration of complementary products and services, consideration of the common requirements of customers and consideration of the alternative industries on significant increase in sale growth related to variable pioneering the use of new technologies was proved.

Abstract: 

The paper's aim is to develope a model for the regional decorative stone export by using six independent variables including managerial activities, marketing activities, implementation activities, financial and human resources activities, marble processing activities and external factors (such as inflation and government intervention). Data were gathered and analyzed from two groups of stone industry experts using qualitative analysis (In-depth interview) and marble producers and exporters usingquantitative analysis (36-question questionnaire). The results have showed that implementation activities took the first place in both analyses. In the next place, the experts emphasized on financial and human recourse activities while other group chose marble processing activities as the second most important variable affecting the development of decorative stone export.

Abstract: 

Gain competitive advantage in today's turbulent world of the most important challenges facing managers of organizations and newtheories and approaches for overcoming them are discussed. Dynamic capabilities are one of the views over nearly a decade as a complementary approach to resource-based theory of strategy is presented. The aim of this study was to look at this conceptand its impact on the organization and functioning of the organization. this study is a descriptive survey. The population of the CEO, board members and deputies and experts of Iran's telecommunications subsidiary company, The variables measuring 66 questionnaires were distributed among the target population. Validity using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data and test hypoTheses using partial least square was used and the direction and intensity of the relationships between structures of key resources and other key resources, dynamic capabilities and performance of the firms studied. The results of This study, The influence of organizational resources and dynamic capabilities on firm performance dynamic capabilities and the role of mediation revealed.
