Abstract

Today, the organizations are assigned very expensive costs due to non- commitment of its employees to the organization involuntarily, therefore, the main objective of this research is identification of relationship between SOCIAL CAPITAL and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of special unit employees of police force of West Azerbaijan province and reviewing the role of ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE in relation to the SOCIAL CAPITAL and improvement of ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.The extant paper as respect to the objective is applied and as respect to the methodology is correlative- descriptive. The sampling group is consisted of all employees of special unit of police force of West Azerbaijan province who have been selected and analyzed via simple random sampling method. Data collection tools of this research is researcher made questionnaire.The results of this research indicated that the high ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of employees will provide the required productivity context for the organization so that SOCIAL CAPITAL is effective on the improvement of ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of NAJA special unit's employees. Also, the SOCIAL CAPITAL has significant relationship with EMOTIONAL COMMITMENT of employees.
