Abstract

Subject and object: Police officers are exposed ever in their civil life to social, criminal and other injuries. Police officers often are obliged to deal with offensive, antisocial and antihuman behaviors while fulfilling their missions and duties and naturally are exposed to danger and injury more than the other people. The main objective of this research is identification of inter organizational factors effective on the occupational harms of personnel of POLICE STATIONs in Sanandaj city.Methodology: this paper as respect to the research type is applied and as respect to the method is survey. Statistical society is consisted of all police forces of POLICE STATIONs in Sanandaj County. Sampling method for this study is stratified random sampling and data compilation instrument is questionnaire.Findings & results: the findings and results of this research indicate that stress, mental pressure of working environment, MANAGEMENT STYLE, persuade and punishment, EDUCATION and organizational payments are respectively considered as the most important priorities effective on the occupational vulnerability of Payvar employees of studied POLICE STATIONs.
