Abstract

Subject: Various and multiple elements are effective on the CONTROLling expatriates in the country. Whereas the process of CONTROLling these people in all state entering passages including dry, marine and air borders for social SECURITY is the liability of POLICE force and since entering until exiting from the country, the POLICE shall conduct and pursuit them, because the problems regarding their presence is always one of the major concerns of POLICE and all issues in this relation shall be explored. The main objective of this research is identification and specification of elements effective on the expatriates CONTROLling since entering time, residence up to exit time.Methodology: the research as respect to the objective is applied and has been done through descriptive-survey method. Statistical society is comprised of the employees of immigration & expatriates POLICE with more than 5 years service records in Tehran, Kerman, Gilan and Khorasan-e-Razavi provinces who were selected thoroughly. Data compilation instrument is researcher-made questionnaire.Findings: the findings of this research indicate that the element of parallel organizations (R=0.098) have the most and human force element (R=0.95) the least correlation with the expatriates CONTROLling. Thus, may state that with a little difference, parallel organizations element have the most and organizational human force element the least effect on CONTROLling expatriates. Therefore, it is proposed the POLICE directors apply these elements for compilation of policies and strategies of POLICE.
