Abstract

ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE refers to staff’s realization and perception of the rate of justice and equality of manners and job affairs. OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) aims to help colleagues or organizations via a person which is not stated in job description but leads to efficiency. The sample included 197 staff members selected by randomization. The research was of descriptive-correlational type. The data were analyzed using correlation and stepwise regression. Results indicated that there was a significant correlation between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE - distributional, procedural, and communicative – and that of OCB components. Considering this relationship, attention to ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE to increase staff’s OCB is crucial.
