Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare JOB SATISFACTION and QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE between health care staff and THERAPEUTIC STAFF in Ilam University of Medical Sciences. 300 subjects were selected from the staff employed in these two sectors through random stratified sampling. The research tools included: JOB SATISFACTION questionnaire JDI Walton and QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE. For data analysis, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and post hoc tests were used through SPSS software. The significance level p=0.05 was used. The survey results showed that there was no significant difference between health care staff and THERAPEUTIC STAFF in terms of JOB SATISFACTION but QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE of the health care staff was higher.
