Abstract

In this paper, the psychological aspect of human resources in organizations and some related definitions and concepts including history, philosophy, goals, functions, attitudes and human resources activities in current organizations have been dealt with. The study points to what is the origin of motivation and human resources communications in organizations which is based on human resources approach. Human resources has been focused in all management theories as the key stimulator of organizations and all models always try to discover the potential of human resources. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT focuses on transactions among humans and optimal use of these organizational capitals. In all psychological discussions of human resources, the main effort has been attending to human factors which create a more effective organization to consider man’s position on the earth as God’s successor.But in current organizations many concerns are unfortunately observed in this respect.
