Abstract

 The current era is the era of knowledge and information and knowledge holders consider as the HUMAN CAPITAL of the organizations. Human forces and capital along with Information will be considered as a key factor in production in the organizations and interaction and coordination of these factors in line with organizational goals can lead to productivity and ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE quality. In recent years, the way to increase competition between banks is provided with the policy of PRIVATIZATION in the banking industry in Iran and Managers must deal with this phenomenon in order to provide competitive and efficient service than competitors by their short and long term plan. Therefore, banks must improve their performance in order to survive and thrive in a competitive field, continuously. The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of HUMAN CAPITAL on ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE in the private sector. Previous researches are presented significant and positive correlation between HUMAN CAPITAL and ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. This study sought to test these findings in both public and private sector of banking industry. For collecting data of this research, Bontis questionnaire and to explore the structure and development of items, principle component analysis (PCA) and linear structural relations is used. Research results suggest that HUMAN CAPITAL has a significant positive impact on ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE of both public and private sector, but the extent of this impact is greater in private than in public sector. Therefore, one can claim that the policy of PRIVATIZATION has a positive effect on the performance of HUMAN CAPITAL in the banking industry.
