Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is conducted marketing strategy using a combination of ANP and TOPSIS decision-making approaches using a five-step algorithm in Preferred and normal hotels at the center of Khuzestan, Tehran, Isfahan provinces. First, using network analysis process, the weights associated with several indicators are identified and further evaluated using TOPSIS approach to prioritize marketing strategies are explored. In this research competitive marketing strategies provided by the Porter's cost leadership, differentiation and focus have been applied. Criteria provided by the HoliCustomer linking capabilities(CLC), Managerial capabilities(MC), Market innovation capabilities (MIC), Human resource assets(HRA) and Reputational assets (RA) were selected as indicators in this study. The structure that offered this article was understandable easily and can be implemented by experts of hotel industry and other industries for determining the most suitable marketing strategy. After paired comparison data analysis approach and the approach of ANP Super Decisions software and TOPSIS procedure, human assets index(HRA) and the differentiation strategy(DS)had the highest priority.

Abstract: 

Efficiency is achieved by using the maximum possible profit and efficieny use of labor, power, talent and skills of manpower, the earth, money, the equipment time  and place. Productivity of the work refers to the work that should have been done. In this regard, one of the most efficient means of allocating resources to operations research tools because productivity is also important to emphasize. Goal programming is a tool for determining goals at organization that helps us to satisfy to select sources that is useful for rich to divide goals and provide for total goals with minimum errors at resources.

Abstract: 

Today, e-commerce is in the central focus of all developed and developing countries. But in Islamic Republic of Iran e-commerce has not been dealt with as it deserves. In this research, the study of barriers and problems in the way of e-commerce and their ranking is of utmost importance. To this end, the following questions can be answered: What are the obstacles in the way of e-commerce development in Iran? And How are they prioritized? 40 reasons in 5 distinct groups have been identified as communication and technology infrastructure (S reasons), economic (q reasons), social and political (q reasons), legal (6 reasons). In conclusion, given the results, strategies have been recommended for the development of e-commerce in Iran.

Abstract: 

The current era is the era of knowledge and information and knowledge holders consider as the human capital of the organizations. Human forces and capital along with Information will be considered as a key factor in production in the organizations and interaction and coordination of these factors in line with organizational goals can lead to productivity and organizational performance quality. In recent years, the way to increase competition between banks is provided with the policy of privatization in the banking industry in Iran and Managers must deal with this phenomenon in order to provide competitive and efficient service than competitors by their short and long term plan. Therefore, banks must improve their performance in order to survive and thrive in a competitive field, continuously. The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of human capital on organizational performance in the private sector. Previous researches are presented significant and positive correlation between human capital and organizational performance. This study sought to test these findings in both public and private sector of banking industry. For collecting data of this research, Bontis questionnaire and to explore the structure and development of items, principle component analysis (PCA) and linear structural relations is used. Research results suggest that human capital has a significant positive impact on organizational performance of both public and private sector, but the extent of this impact is greater in private than in public sector. Therefore, one can claim that the policy of privatization has a positive effect on the performance of human capital in the banking industry.

Abstract: 

In response to increase in competition, shortening of products life cycle and quick change in customers’ interests, many companies have emphasized and focused on supply chain as a means for achieving long term competitive advantage. One of the important components of supply chain management is the issue of assessment and selection of suppliers which evaluation of technological capabilities of suppliers plays a significant role in this regard. This is a multi criteria decision making issue. One of the models which has found a wide application in assessment of multi criteria systems and provision of improvements goals for such systems is the model of Data Envelopment Analysis which is presented in this thesis due to low number of decision making units in comparison to assessing criteria for technological capability as well as due to poor accuracy and being phased of some of the measures, some of the data being uncontrollable and having a dual nature, by integrating 2 models of DEA, for assessment of technologic capability of 10 suppliers grade A for SAPCO company in 2010, by strategic emphasis on identification of inefficient units and organizing them under the coverage of efficient units, aiming at reduction of costs and improvement of suppliers selection management.This model was executed by using LINGO software for evaluation of all 5 components of technology (Hardware, Manware, Software, Dataware and Management ability) of suppliers (10 suppliers) and a general ranking was performed and the gap present in all 5 components of technology of suppliers was diagnosed which can provide a considerable contribution for presenting improvement solutions for inefficient suppliers.

Abstract: 

Today competitiveness in electronic commerce is continuously increasing. Due to this reason achieving to customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth become two main goals of these commerce manager especially e-banking managers. The main purpose of present research is to investigate these two concepts in new conceptual framework. To achieve this aim, data were gathered through questionnaire form 388 internet banking users of Mellat bank’s in Zanjan province. Data analyses were done by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in LISREL. Results show that website usability had positive and significant effect on customers’ satisfaction. Also results confirmed that internet banking customer’s satisfaction positively influenced customers’ loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. Therefore to achieve more benefit, banks should focus its efforts on developing website ease-of-use and identifying online banking needs.

Abstract: 

This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategies of ten selected multinational corporations in Philippine. During the study evaluating three questions were presented to be answered, the question about affection of government policy to marketing strategies in the selected corporations, the strategies which were practiced by these corporations and at the end the question about the marketing problems which corporations were encountered to. At the end we concluded that the Philippine government policies on investment and trademarks are an attractive to corporations. And distribution channels and motivation of cooperation for every enterprising differs in various situations and corporation encountered to the motivation practices or they have to completion with other foreign corporations. For obtaining to these findings the study utilized the descriptive method Tutor which was deemed most appropriated to this study, and also in data-gathering additional to questionnaire, we used from documentary evidences, and interviews too.
