Abstract

Physician’s responsibilities and their abolition are among the important issues in Islamic jurisprudence and criminal law. Different harms inflicted by a physician may necessitate seven punishments besides their reasonable punishments. Furthermore, some of such responsibilities may be abolished in special circumstances. Some important circumstance included 1. reluctance; 2. duress; 3. Law; plaintif’s consent and those of his or her legal guardians.
