One of the most challenging topics among muslim Scholars specially shiite is human’s nature, character and temperament. Because on the one hand, Shiite and Adlieh believe in intellectual virtu and indecency and they insist to human’s will and authority and on the other hand they face to a series of Hadith and narratives that express human’s force and restriction. The appearance of these Hadith indication that God created human’s temperament differently.This article tries to study lexical meaning of temperament and its concept in Islamic culture.Here, temperament is assumed a mount, container and talent, but human’s nature and personality will be supposed a rider and content.Although human has authority to use every container, If he/she ride amount he/she will go and will move according to existential Structure. So if he/she is heavenly, he/she will go to heaven and if he/she is hellish, he/she will go to hell. Hence, temperament is Periore to personality. From view point of Quran, human’s temperament is pure but since it connects to surroundings, it takes believer temper pf unbeliever temper. In any case human’s temperament has few dimension and human is who decide.Temperament is a Strength that human’s Personality actualize it. So the conflict between force and Hadih of nature is solved by this view.·This research try to find a solution for conflict between determinism and Hadith of nature. But the main question is: How we can interpreter and justify Hadith of nature that are used on force, with due believe in human’s authority is a part of shiite’s intellectual necessitation.·Used way is a descriptive and analytical approach and it joeys attributive technique.·The results not only have Cognitive application, but also we use them in debates related to Biology, Psychology, Education and Sociology.
