Abstract

VAGINISMUS is a sexual dysfunction defined as recurrent or persistent involuntary spasm of the musculature of the outer third of the vagina that causes sexual intercourse an impossible or a difficult conduct. In misdiagnosed cases it may mistakenly be taken as the woman’s voluntary disobedience so that her marital CONTRACT demolishes in court based on some decrees from the perspective of jurisprudence and law.The aim of this article is to discuss the association of this sexual dysfunction with woman’s sexual disobedience and INFERTILITY. The authors of the present article conclude that the dysfunction cannot be included as the defects which demolish marital CONTRACT because it can be treated.
