Abstract

Discussion about the stages of ﴿ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقاً ءَاخَرَ﴾ sura Momenun and ﴿نَفَخَ فِیهِ مِن رُوحِهِ﴾ sura Sejde that in which stage the birth of the SOUL in fetal development is well known. The establishment of the birth of the SOUL for many Gynecologists, specialists of internal medicine and other esteemed colleagues is not completely recognized. By carefully examining the relevant verses of the holy Suras (Momenun and Sejde) it can be inferred that (familiarity with resurrection) which happens in a fully developed embryo is something that is fully controlled by God. And it seems that stating that familiarity with resurrection (birth of the SOUL) occurs in the first 16 weeks or 4 months is an appropriate time frame in terms of forensic science, fetal maturity, and complete heel bone development.
