Abstract

 Today, the officiality of organizations is recognized by their HUMAN RESOURCEs and the importance of HUMAN RESOURCEs is the basic axis of organizations management. Because the perfect using of HUMAN RESOURCE is not possible simply, the promotion of HUMAN RESOURCE PRODUCTIVITY must be one of the most important goal for any organization and should be programmized precisely. This paper is investigating the effective factors on HUMAN RESOURCE PRODUCTIVITY enhancement. Statistic population of this research is the whole 1200 persons who are working in west headquarters of Tehran province SOCIAL SECURITY ORGANIZATION. The sample of research was calculated by the cluster and simple accidental ways through sample volume formula and was 300 persons. Then the questionnaire with four answer choices and 8 scales was distributed between them. The findings of this research were analyzed with using of deductive and descriptive methods.The conclusions of wilcoxon single rank with %95 of confidence showed that with paying more attention to financial and non financial dimensions, we can increase the HUMAN RESOURCE PRODUCTIVITY to offer perfect quality and quantity services.
