Abstract: 

Today, the officiality of organizations is recognized by their human resources and the importance of human resources is the basic axis of organizations management. Because the perfect using of human resource is not possible simply, the promotion of human resource productivity must be one of the most important goal for any organization and should be programmized precisely. This paper is investigating the effective factors on human resource productivity enhancement. Statistic population of this research is the whole 1200 persons who are working in west headquarters of Tehran province social security organization. The sample of research was calculated by the cluster and simple accidental ways through sample volume formula and was 300 persons. Then the questionnaire with four answer choices and 8 scales was distributed between them. The findings of this research were analyzed with using of deductive and descriptive methods.The conclusions of wilcoxon single rank with %95 of confidence showed that with paying more attention to financial and non financial dimensions, we can increase the human resource productivity to offer perfect quality and quantity services.

Abstract: 

The basic goal this research introduce a effectiveness model of social capital appropriate with government organizations in khorasan-e-Razavi State. The basic question of this thesis is the identification and prioritization of dimension, components and indexes forming social capital in governmental organizations in Khorasan-e-Razavi Province. For this meaning, after survey review literature and exploratory interview with experts familiar with this concept first model design and afterwards by means of Delphi technique dimensions, components and indexes final model identify and then using of AHP technique compare dimensions, components and indexes and each one specified them priority. The results of this research show that social capital in governmental organizations in Korasan-e-Razavi Province is formed with three dimensions consisting of structural, behavioral and cognitive- attitude. These dimensions include seventeen components and fifty three indexes. For determining model effectiveness, this model test in statistical society by way of structural equation model. Statistical society of this research is formed Khorasan-e-Razavi Province governmental organizations managers. The number of managers at the time of the study were 1360. 300 managers selected by cluster sampling and questionnaires were distributed among them. The findings of this research show that all path analysis models obtained from model tests also were meaningful and confirmed the model must be effective.

Abstract: 

Despite the relatively long history in development programs in Iran, it seems to still be faced with many problems in the path of development.. The purpose of this study is overview of factors affecting on contrary of budget goals and the first till fourth development plans. Thus, required field be provided to develop and implement next development plans to achieve vision goals. For this purpose, six categories of factors, including economic, structural, legal, human, political and social - cultural factors are considered. The research methodology is descriptive and survey research. This study's population is selected from all experts and executives who develop and implement the development plans and budget planning from several organizations in policy-making and implementing budget plans and policies have a role. Through cluster random sampling, 152 Experts are selected. The tools for the collection of data are a researcher-made questionnaires questionnaire based on likert scale that its validity has been confirmed by using the formal method and the reliability by calculating the Cronbach's alpha. However, data analysis showed that exept social-cultural factors, other factors affect appearance of the deviation and the role of political factors in achieving the development objectives is very high.

Abstract: 

Evaluation of expectations and perceptions of customers of firms assigned to private sector, especially banks, can also be effective in improving the quality of these firms.This study attempts to examine the relationship between Mellat Bank privatization and improvement of its service quality using the SERVQUAL instrument and its questionnaire. Analysis of data showed that privatization of Mellat Bank, hasn't positive effect on improvement of service quality. Although customers' perceptions showed a little improvement about service quality, but increase in their expectations due to privatization, resulted in increase the gap between expectations and perceptions of customers.

Abstract: 

Researches shows that increase in organizational justice has effect on various aspects of organizational behavior such as Social Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction for someone implies that how much he/she satisfied with his/her job.Thus, this research will investigate the role of 2 Mediators of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and internal locus of control in organizational justice & job satisfaction by means of affecting factors on employee’s job satisfaction. The SP of this paper is about 456 of employers of National Gas Company of Tehran.We have data analysis consist of 111 questionnaires with K-S- T test. SQM and Path Analysis. The results supports the mediators of organizational commitment in organizational justice and job satisfaction but the role of internal locus of control was not supported due to this research.

Abstract: 

The research related to organizational justice plurality in Payam Noor University employees including 30Lavasan designed. The study population of all employees is Lavasan Payam Noor University Sampling according to the number are all institutional conditions. Questionnaire to measure Hafstd plurality (five questions related to the plurality against individualism) and a questionnaire to measure organizational justice Nehof and morhn (eighteen questions about an interactional justice, distributive justice, and procedural justice) and to analyze the data statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Results indicate that the plurality of organizational justice is a significant correlation.

Abstract: 

Today’s, work environments have been highly complex and turbulent. Following these changes, many Researchers examine the effective key factors on the organizational successes. Meanwhile emotional intelligence as a factor affecting performance is considered. On the other hand, organizational leaders to impact on the organizational effectiveness, looking for methods and framework to increase accuracy of crucial decisions associated with the recruitment, retention, and promotion of employees to more fit of individual with organizations. Hence this study aim to investigation the relationship between emotional intelligence and person-organization fit. Research method Based on purpose is applied, and with regard to how gathering data is descriptive (Correlation). The study Population is staffs of Lorestan Broadcasting. Sample included 169 employees that selected using random sampling to test hypotheses. Study data collected through standardized questionnaires and analyzed by correlation analysis. The results of the investigation indicate a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and Person-organization fit.
