Abstract

 Today’s, work environments have been highly complex and turbulent. Following these changes, many Researchers examine the effective key factors on the organizational successes. Meanwhile EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE as a factor affecting performance is considered. On the other hand, organizational leaders to impact on the organizational effectiveness, looking for methods and framework to increase accuracy of crucial decisions associated with the recruitment, retention, and promotion of employees to more fit of individual with organizations. Hence this study aim to investigation the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT. Research method Based on purpose is applied, and with regard to how gathering data is descriptive (Correlation). The study Population is staffs of Lorestan Broadcasting. Sample included 169 employees that selected using random sampling to test hypotheses. Study data collected through standardized questionnaires and analyzed by correlation analysis. The results of the investigation indicate a significant relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT.
