Abstract

This paper examines how INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL management can lead to optimum FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE. In fact, the responses that organization have shown to today business environment show that they should rely on intangible resources that has not been taken into consideration before. This research has been done in "Sadid" industrial group and management of INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL has been measured by a questionnaire. Organizational FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE has been described by profitability. Research findings show that there is a positive correlation between management of INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL and organization FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE; specifically customers' loyalty, employees' satisfaction and coordination of employees' values with organization's values, knowledge management, high organization culture and customer satisfaction are among intangible factors that lead to optimum FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE.
