In this research the study of Relationship between Organizational health and Performance (technical, human, perception) managers of ministry Education of Saveh City in years1388-1389, that the enter teachers of high-school of Saveh City in years88-89 are Statistical population and 120 people were determind according to Cocrun Formul as Sample by random Multi-Phase Cluster method.The research's method is Correlational and the data collected by two questionnaires that their reliability are estimated by Cronbach's Alpha method.The organizational helth's questionnaire is consists of the 44 questions and reliability of 0/90 and Job performance is consists of the36questions and the reliability of 0/80. The data has been analyzed by SPSS softwar in two Sections: Descriptive Statisties (Mean, Standard deviation) and Inferential Statisties (Multiple regressions).The fallowing results are gained with the quest hypothese that there is a Positive and Significant relationship to Confidence level ./99 between health organizational and Performance (technical, human, perception) of managers. In means whatever the organizational health increase, the performance of managers increase, too.
