Abstract: 

In this research, we have studied the relation between organizational culture and employee's empowerment in the Iranian Gas Engineering & Development Company. This research is applied and the methodology of research is survey. Population in this research is the staff employees of Iranian Gas Engineering & Development Company that includes 556 people and sample is 228 people.DENISON model is used to examine the organizational culture MISHRA model, which is derived from SPIRITZER model to study the psychological empowerment.For hypothesis test in this research, we used SPEARMAN TEST.The results of main hypothesis have shown that there is significant relation between organizational culture and psychological empowerment in the Iranian Gas Engineering & Development Company. So the result of subsidiary hypothesis has shown that there are significant relations between involvement, mission, consistency, adaptability and psychological empowerment.

Abstract: 

This paper concluded the study compiled the library is introduced, the definition, history and background of the two approaches value engineering (VE) and pure principles (LP), the combined function of these two approaches and their effects on each other and also studies And finally how to use combination (LVE) with the attitude of these new and innovative approach to describe their relationship compilation tools and techniques for value creation and development organizations has been discussed.

Abstract: 

This descriptive study is correlative, which we had analyzed the relationship between enabling and organizational commitment. The studied population of this study was 140 official and formal staffs of The Mobile communication Co. (the Members affair's central Unit).Performing the study, we had used library studies and questionnaire. For evaluating the enabling issue, the Spiritz Test had has been used. To evaluate organizational commitment, we used Mi and Yeroalen standard questionnaire. The SPSS software has been used for data analyzing. With respect to the used method and study kind we have used Freedmen and Spirman test.In this study, the main hypothesis and the four secondary hypotheses have been supported by 99% level of confidence but the eligibility for duty plays most important role (0.426%) in relation with organization commitment of The Mobile communication Co. personnel. The fitting to duty' feeling which has the correlation coefficient by 0.321% is in the second place.The feeling adequate for the duty and having the right to select duty variables were not significant; because the test significance level was more than 0.05 of the regression model.

Abstract: 

Corruption or any misuse of governmental power for personal benefits is a phenomenon prevailing in administrative and political systems of different countries., this which provides a ground for the expansion of corruption at micro level (administrative corruption) and macro (political corruption) level. This paper will firstly define factors influencing corruption. Then, presenting some models, and based on panel data approach, it will study the relation between administrative corruption& economic growth of ECO member countries& OECD member countries within last five years (2003-2008). According to the results, there is a reverse and meaningful relation between administrative corruption and economic growth in ECO member countries& OECD member countries. Also, any administrative corruption will have a negative effect on economic growth of Iran. Furthermore, there is a direct and significant relation between capital assets and work forces of ECO member countries with their economic growth.

Abstract: 

This paper examines how intellectual capital management can lead to optimum financial performance. In fact, the responses that organization have shown to today business environment show that they should rely on intangible resources that has not been taken into consideration before. This research has been done in "Sadid" industrial group and management of intellectual capital has been measured by a questionnaire. Organizational financial performance has been described by profitability. Research findings show that there is a positive correlation between management of intellectual capital and organization financial performance; specifically customers' loyalty, employees' satisfaction and coordination of employees' values with organization's values, knowledge management, high organization culture and customer satisfaction are among intangible factors that lead to optimum financial performance.

Abstract: 

This article examines public participation and its results in public policy making. Along with public participation and public policy making definitions, different kinds of public participation and its objectives, the benefits and weaknesses are mentioned.The results show that although citizens’ participation in policymakings is essential, the content and methods depend on the cultural, political and social characteristics of a society.

Abstract: 

Social organization due to expanding economic and industrial activities inevitably provide, maintain, develop and manage human resources can fill the large scale and varied are.Accelerated evolutionary world today, the organizations have to overcome the uncertain situation surrounding the investigation and increase the efficiency in improving the safety and health staff pay.Long-term strategic planning along with training can be a quiet, safe and lively for the staff and ultimately to create high returns for the organization. In this paper concepts and features of human resources, planning and management along with its importance and place in the development of knowledge based expressed. Factors defeat then business productivity and human resource strategies and discussed the role that innovation was emphasized. The design and describe appropriate workplace ergonomics and increase productivity topics were discussed. At the end of ways to improve the quality of life and health promotion work towards excellence, excellence and sustainable development were presented.

Abstract: 

In this research the study of Relationship between Organizational health and Performance (technical, human, perception) managers of ministry Education of Saveh City in years1388-1389, that the enter teachers of high-school of Saveh City in years88-89 are Statistical population and 120 people were determind according to Cocrun Formul as Sample by random Multi-Phase Cluster method.The research's method is Correlational and the data collected by two questionnaires that their reliability are estimated by Cronbach's Alpha method.The organizational helth's questionnaire is consists of the 44 questions and reliability of 0/90 and Job performance is consists of the36questions and the reliability of 0/80. The data has been analyzed by SPSS softwar in two Sections: Descriptive Statisties (Mean, Standard deviation) and Inferential Statisties (Multiple regressions).The fallowing results are gained with the quest hypothese that there is a Positive and Significant relationship to Confidence level ./99 between health organizational and Performance (technical, human, perception) of managers. In means whatever the organizational health increase, the performance of managers increase, too.
