Abstract

In this article has been discussed about scientific and legal foundation which is a scientific major, and emphasize on this subject that studying in management major doesn’t mean earning organizations administration ability, actually scientific fields such as management hasn’t been compiled for training the manager. The room of manager in organization is considered from science and law point of view, and also is emphasized on managers’ education with different lessons syllabus and training centers a part from UNIVERSITY. In this study have been brought up the definitions and theories about ENTREPRENEURship, ENTREPRENEUR manager and administrative ENTREPRENEUR. At the end has been suggested the necessity of efficient and ENTREPRENEUR managers training with special abilities that is the main factor of development.
