Abstract

Introduction & Objective: GLOBALIZATION process by means of its technology tools put different ways of living and new ideas forward for women. The study aimed to assess the impact of GLOBALIZATION on cultural aspects of Iranian Women's Cultural three components (identity, behavior and dress).Research method: Research has two levels of descriptive analysis of survey methodology and sample size n=351 using Cochran formula, Simple random sampling of female students of the Faculty of Management and Accounting, Tehran South Branch of the number 4023 is obtained in 1392.Findings: The results of three equations fitted regression showed that, the GLOBALIZATION effects on three variables: IDENTITY, morality and effective coverage. There are negative relationship between cultural dimensions of GLOBALIZATION and women's IDENTITY; a significant negative correlation between the cultural dimensions of GLOBALIZATION with Iranian women's clothing and Significant relationship between cultural dimensions of GLOBALIZATION with the ETHICS of women.Conclusion: Impact of Cultural Dimensions of GLOBALIZATION, (Identity, moral and cover) on women and their living culture depend on the type of actions of responsible and policy makers. If policy makers do not understand the new requirements and do not adopting measures to deal proactively with the wave of GLOBALIZATION, this trend poses a threat to WOMEN'S CULTURE and will lead to its weakening.
