Abstract

Rhetoric and communicating with the audience in order to send a message as effective and palpable as possible is an art that gives a special feature to discourse. IMAM ALI, has given a specific form of movement to his word which makes his speech effective. This article introduce the most important factors which caused such an effectiveness. It can be numbered as below: rhetoric technique of IMAM ALI, the principle of SATISFACTION, using a method of ILLUSTRATION, encouragement, association of literary forms with movement and life, coordinated motion of sense and tenderness within the word. This investigation on the one hand shows the private style of the words of Imam, and on the other hand shows clearly that, it is in accordance to Imam's characters. This article also tries to provide an answer to IbnKhalkan and his followers whom have doubted to correct assignment of NAHJ AL-BALAGHA.
