Abstract

In this article, first the ideology of PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT and its place against other development ideas is explained, and then present characteristics in description of PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT is criticized. Paying attention to basis in this study and necessity of observing of search on criterions and endogenous of native industries of the country are like the characteristics that are beside the attention to environment of life as standards of PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT can be designed. Acquired results from this study, are designing of paradigm axis for performing the samples of PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT that can be explained against engineering paradigm and other development models. Finally, the solutions for bilateral effects are discussed about these two strategies in developing of county s industries.
