Abstract

 One of the effective tools in increasing productivity of EMPLOYEES and their success in order to promote ORGANIZATION's goals is empowering them because it is one of the most important elements of occupational success that will increase employee's attachment to their ORGANIZATION and consequently will increase their interests, love and loyalty. However, human resources are the most important element of ORGANIZATION's continuation and also the most crucial asset of each ORGANIZATION. An ORGANIZATION as a social structure has conscious goal and structure that by employing management skills, knowledge and other ORGANIZATIONal resources will encourages EMPLOYEES and empowers them.This article had been reviewed EMPLOYEES' EMPOWERMENT elements and its reasons through descriptive and library method. It has been tried to assess ORGANIZATIONal factors affecting NAJA employee's EMPOWERMENT while employing others' viewpoints.The ORGANIZATION shall continually seek to explore its EMPLOYEES' talents and skills and observe this rule that some opportunities shall be provided in order to reveal their abilities. These goals can be easily achieved by empowering the EMPLOYEES and performing continual training courses. Human resources are one of the most important assets of each ORGANIZATION which have effective role in its survival; in a manner that will cause EMPOWERMENT of the ORGANIZATION and help it to achieve its goals.
