In conclusion the pros and cons for each crosswalk was defined and prioritized. The results of this study represent that four priorities can be clarified: horizontal and vertical SIGNS, standards of intersection types, crosswalk construction, raised crosswalk and considering standard of raised SIGNS, reforming improper place of crosswalk, following proper distance, observing speed limit, standard of curbs and installing flashing lights, etc. for removing DEFECTS of pedestrian CROSSWALKS.
