Abstract

Improvement of the quality of governmental services is a critical element of the national 20 Year Vision Plan for Development for promoting the role of the government in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) era. The objective of this present paper is to assess the level of success of the government in providing e-government services for citizens in Tehran. The data is randomly collected through a questionnaire from 768 citizens that received services from Police+10. Results of this paper showed that people were happy and satisfied with the services provided by Police +10. The paper then discussed the findings and recommendations have been made for enhancing and promoting the level of acceptance and satisfactions of electronic services for future e-government developments.
