Abstract

This study aimed to examine the RESILIENCY as mediators between ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE OF PRAYER and marital COMMITMENT on FEMALE TEACHERs in a city of Birjand. The sample consisted of 187 fem ale teachers in public schools in the city of Birjand in the academic year 2013 - 2014, who were selected by clustering methodand and they answered the Scales of ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE OF PRAYER and RESILIENCY and marital COMMITMENT. For analysis, structural equation modeling approach was used. The Fitted model showed that the ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE OF PRAYER have a significant positive contribution in the anticipation of RESILIENCY, and also indirectly, through the intermediary of resilience predicts the marital COMMITMENT. Thus it can be said that RESILIENCY explain the practical attitude and COMMITMENT to prayer on the marital COMMITMENT.
