Abstract

In this experiment the effect of dietary administration of Probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici and multi-enzyme apsozyme on growth indices, some Blood biochemical parameters in Common carp (Cyprinus carpio). For this purpose 216 fish with average weight of 27. 52± 0. 21 gr, were fed diets supplemented for 8 weeks. Trail was done using 8 experimental diet including Probiotic (0. 1%), multi-enzyme apsozyme (0. 25% and 0. 5%), combination of Probiotic and multi-enzyme apsozyme and a control diet. At the end of feeding trial, growth indices, some Blood biochemical parameters total pr, Alb, Glocuse were assessed using spectrophotometer. Results showed significant differences (P≤ 0. 05) in weight gain, % weight gain, SGR among treatments. There was no significant difference in mentioned parameters in Probiotic fed with control treatment, but significantly increased in Multi-enzyme fed with increasing levels (P <0. 05). Also, in multi-enzyme and Probiotic combination treatments, these indices showed significant increase compared to separate Probiotic and multi-enzyme (P <0. 05). Food conversion factor significantly decreased with increasing multi-enzyme level and in multi-enzyme and Probiotic compound compare to Probiotic and control diet (P <0. 05). Survival percentage showed no significant difference between treatments (P≥ 0. 05). Blood biochemical indices did not show significant difference between the amount of glucose and total protein in the control and other treatments (P≥ 0. 05) but albumin increased in Probiotic, multi enzyme and combination of multi-enzyme and Probiotic compare to control (P <0. 05). The results of this experiment showed that the using multi-enzyme and Probiotic can affect the growth and Blood biochemical factor and improve the growth and nutrition status in Common carp.
