Abstract

Introduction: Today PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL is a new concept that discussed. The purpose of this research was role of PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL in PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING by considering the moderating effects of SOCIAL CAPITAL.Method: Research method was descriptive-correlative and 400 people (200 male and 200 female) based on Morgans Table and by using Cluster sampling be selected among them. To collect data by the Inventory Capital Psychological (Luthans, 2007), scale PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING (Ryff, 1989), Scale SOCIAL CAPITAL (Delaviz, 2005). Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, enter, step by step, Hierarchical regression and all the processes have been calculated by SPSS.16 software.Results: Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL and its components with the PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING and SOCIAL CAPITAL (P<0.01).Likewise, it was demonstrated that PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING have a significant positive correlation with SOCIAL CAPITAL (P<0.01).Conclusions: Based on data people that have More favorable PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL and better SOCIAL CAPITAL, also have better and higher PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING.
