Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the sharing of knowledge at the University of martyr Chamran infrastructure from the perspective of the scientific community of the university's faculty members and graduate students.Methodology: This study was descriptive survey method. All the research community martyr Chamran university professors a total of 535 persons, and 6, 000 graduate students at the University of My Dad. Selected sample was randomly stratified according to sex, school and using Grjsy table - Morgan became clear. Accordingly, the sample population of 225 people for the faculty and for graduate students was 361. In order to check the status of existing infrastructure by building scale of Likert, and using the whole five choices for each, from 1 to 5 based on the findings Pvrsrajyan, parents and Soltani Ly Bady (1392) and questionnaire Slyman Pour (1394) was formulated with the necessary data thereby collected.To judge the utility of existing infrastructure based on the whole businessman and colleagues (1386) was done in accordance with the range of 1 to 33.2 undesirable, from 34.2 to 67.3 to 68.3 to 5 relatively favorable and the desirable.Results: Data analysis showed that the existence of the totality of all five components of the sharing of knowledge, technologies of information and communication management strategies, administrative structure elements, structure, culture and human factors of a university faculty consensus there are details about the features of these substructures some disagreements between faculty and students.
