Abstract

Crosses media and technology has changed education and method of learning. Nowadays the ability to read and write printed words are not enough; but we must ready to live as citizenship in a world of images, words and intensive sounds, after that we can find ability to critically analyze the images and multimedia culture and we are not passive when we forced with various forms of media.In the age of GLOBALIZATION experience has proven that the borders become glassy and sensitive, physical confrontation with the waves and the codes 0 and 1 not only have not achieved much success, but sometimeshaveled irreparable failures. About three decades ago "media literacy’s education" has been reducedamage and destructive effects of message on a global society.One of the main goals of this research was study the growth and development in the field of MEDIA LITERACY’s education in Britain, America, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Holland, Russia, Canada, Japan and South Africa and presenting the model of MEDIA LITERACY’s education for Iran.Type of study is descriptive research and the techniques to gather information based on library research and documentary and interviews with experts and visionaries of Delphi's internal and external areas of the media.Media literacy used for empowerment the citizenships and modifying their passive relationship to active relationship in counter with the all media, it can ponder the meaning to messages and have more interaction in the global media discourse.
