Abstract

The present study investigates school principals’ perceptions on the relationship between teachers’ SOCIAL SKILLs and their NEEDs. Using cluster sampling 300 teachers and 100 principals were randomly selected from 100 schools for girls in Tehran.Data were collected using survey questionnaires. The results showed that the main research hypothesis predicting a relationship between teachers’ SOCIAL SKILLs and their NEEDs was rejected; implying that there was no significant correlation between the teachers’ SOCIAL SKILLs and their NEEDs.
