Abstract

the SOCIAL NETWORKs are the gift of internet, information technology, and their uses. these days the development of information technology, communications, and their uses have been so influential and penetrating in all aspects of human life. Among virtual SOCIAL NETWORKs, FACEBOOK is powerful and can greatly influence the SOCIAL CAPITAL. The SOCIAL CAPITAL is a modern concept that has been immediately noticed by the society and is the result of social and group transactions and norms. Today all aspects of social and individual life has penetrated deep into the media. The study of the formation and development of SOCIAL CAPITAL by the virtual SOCIAL NETWORKs is therefore considered so important. Thus this subject has been chosen as the topic of the paper.Objectives:1. Determining the amount of SOCIAL MOVEMENT effect on the virtual SOCIAL NETWORK, and the formation and development of SOCIAL CAPITAL's CULTURAL ASPECT.2. Determining the amount of SOCIAL MOVEMENT effects on the virtual SOCIAL NETWORKs, the SOCIAL CAPITAL CULTURAL ASPECT's formation and development (among Eastern Tehran Islamic Azad University's Scientific Board Members).Furthermore, the social function pattern of virtual SOCIAL NETWORKs are introduced drawing on the theory of informational society and Chostles’s network society, and also the pattern of SOCIAL CAPITAL aspects and components are presented integrating various approaches and using the theories of scientists such as P, F, and the pattern mentioned in Dr. Kavusi’s thesis. The statistical society consists of Easter Tehran Islamic Azad University Scientific Board members. The research Methodology is correlational regarding administration procedures. The research has used the quantitative methodology. The data collection technique is the questionnaire. The data were extracted and analyzed. Spirman has been used to test and evaluate the hypotheses.The result show that a meaningful correlation exists between the variables of virtual and SOCIAL NETWORKs and the SOCIAL CAPITAL. Moreover, the effect of the independent variable on the dependent one is so powerful. Finally, the necessary suggestions are presented.
