Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between IN-SERVICE TRAINING of Ahvaz Oil Company and EFFECTIVENESS of its employees (including: motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction). Firstly, the conceptual framework of research was developed on the basis of related literature. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers for data collection. A stratified random sample of 120 employees participated in the study.The survey instrument was administered to the sample. Then, data were analyzed using Spearman correlation coefficient and T-tests.Results showed no significant relationship between IN-SERVICE TRAINING of employees and EFFECTIVENESS dimensions.
