Abstract

 Green space as part of the skeletal which a human has always been in contact with and in fact the main aim of design are looking for human and cultural needs of the community and important for the proper development of urban GREEN SPACE So locate Urban false will leads to the creation of numerous social disorders Which is necessary in Urban Planning And the respected green building criteria and standards should be considered to locate them. This study intends to evaluate this issue in order to locate urban criteria discussed and Analysis and access to minor and major arteries near the compatible and incompatible land uses, scale matrix Case study, Laith Yaqub Park Zabol, to determine compliance with these standards. Research methods, are descriptive - analytical and based on library research, documents and filed studies. Overall the study include: Preparing and conducting the initial actions, to obtain the data and information needed in the study area, the research work carried out in other regions of the world. Provide administrative and practical solutions to offer. The results indicated that the park of 7/66% Full compatibility matrix compatibility and 75% of completed utility of the utility grid, fully proportional 40%, and the 43% capacity of the matrix-and attachment matrix is quite good.
