Abstract

Introduction & objective: Now surgery is the most of Treatment. For OPERATION must given to patient SURGICAL POSITION in purpose that surgeon have good sight and prevent to side effect of positioning in domain circulatory, respiratoryو muscalo-skeletal, neurosensory and integumentery system The purpose of this study is to assess the level of STANDARD GUIDELINEs in LITHOTOMY position.Materials & Methods: This is a descriptive study which has been carried out on 225 women who were operated in LITHOTOMY position and chosen randomly. Data collection instrument consisted of a two part check list. The First part covered demographic data and the second part covered the general goal of the study.Result: Findings of this study indicated that the use of standards related to LITHOTOMY position was mostly poor (68%) and the remainder (32%) ranked well.Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study is distinguish that care about LITHOTOMY position was poor which it requires to present the necessary education and then control is to be used.
