Abstract

Currently, many cities of the country are faced with a problem called the worn textures. These textures are the old cells of cities, which have become inefficient and worn over time, or they have been created in the contemporary era without observing the architecture and urban planning rules and regulations. Therefore, they are faced with many problems now and they extend these problems to the whole city. It seems that the most efficient approach regarding the scope of the obsolescence deprived areas and the intensity of issues to deal with the defects and shortcomings is achieving the objectives of sustainable development for soil amendment. Librarian and surveying methods are used in this research. The necessary information for the implementation of reorganization of neighborhoods is taken from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Cultural Heritage and Tourism organization and District 8Municipality of this city of Tabriz. The data were collected through documentary studies, as well as field studies, including observations. SWOT analysis matrix and word software were used for the analysis stage. In analyzing the data, a list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were identified and analyzed in the analytic matrix. AutoCAD2 software was used to draw urbanism maps.
