MANAGEMENT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

 The need to evaluate the performance of organizations is so important that the hypothesis of this paper based on this fact that the performance of social organizations can be evaluated and improved by determining the performance evaluation criteria and designing its related model.This paper has tried to design a model that can calculate the final value of it based on necessary calculations and determine its distance from the desired value and provide useful recommendations. In this way, based on the results of the analysis of the performance, the ultimate value of any organization is determined and also the amount of change of performance is greater than ever before with a higher percentage of adaptation.If implementation percentage is less than 50%, implementation of the model not only does improve relative rate of performance but also will decrease it comparing to past. And if the model can be implemented more than 57%, the performance of organization will be improved. The results indicate that there is a relationship between percentage of adaptation and percentage of the change of performance after implementing the model in the second period.
