Abstract

CONTENT ANALYSIS is the process of qualities' transforming to the quantities and then converting the same quantity to the quality. This method is more used in research process, combinative research /consolidated research, review of facts ‘image and examining the conformity rate of programs with the features as well as the structure and content characteristics. CONTENT ANALYSIS method is based on the assumption that the meanings discovery, preferences, attitudes, ways of understanding and organizing the world can be achieved by analyzing the verbal messages. This method that is applied in different subjects of social sciences such as communication, sociology, political science and psychology, the researchers (as a flexible way for data analysis) have particular attention in relation to it. The CONTENT ANALYSIS method is placed between the two subjective and objective poles. In other words, the combinative approach of CONTENT ANALYSIS could be more applicable today than the merequantity-orientation or quality-orientation.
