Abstract

The new METHODOLOGY consists of incorporating qualitative and QUANTITATIVE METHODs that they have been called INTEGRATION METHOD. The second movement of METHODOLOGY has been developed as "Qualitative Methods" during the decades since 1970-1990, after numerous criticisms into the "quantitative method". This METHODOLOGY unlike the first of METHODOLOGY, which would value to the quantity and positivism, further tried to reduce imperfections and faults incurred on the first METHODOLOGY (which METHODOLOGY was dominant until the 1970s), Such as: lack of ability in dealing to the human dimension and Quality of human life reality. Paradigmatic conflict between quantitative researchers (positive- sm and Post-positivism) and qualitative (Interpretation of Object- Oriented, critical realism, feminism and postmodemism) has led to a new paradigm for which in social sciences. The third of the METHODOLOGY was formed accordingly, that can not only know the real world through a scientific method (positive or commentary), and so it pays to combine both the qualitative and QUANTITATIVE METHODologies. In the 1990s became known the third wave METHODOLOGY as "a combined or Integration METHODOLOGY.
