Abstract

The aim of this study was to test the relationship between dimensions of perfectionism with ACHIEVEMENT GOALS with Mediating Role of motivation. The sample of the study included all professional athletes Bushehr is formed. From this sample, a sample of 175 persons were selected using multi-stage cluster. To measure variables positive and NEGATIVE PERFECTIONISM questionnaire, Miguel ACHIEVEMENT GOALS questionnaire, and ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION questionnaire were used. The proposed model was evaluated using structural equation modeling. BvtAstrap test was used to test the indirect relationships. The results showed that the proposed model fit the relationship between these variables was acceptable. In general, the results showed that the positive and NEGATIVE PERFECTIONISM, both directly and indirectly through ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION and ACHIEVEMENT GOALS in their relationship. Also, all FrzyhHay study was approved.
