Abstract

 This research is a case study with the aim at identifying and examining the relationships among Critical Success Factors (CSF) in the field of credit affairs in Export Development Bank of Iran (EDBI) and prioritizing them by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this research the Critical Success Factors were found and then with the use of questionnaires, the view points’ of experts about these elements were explored. Finally twenty found sub factors were divided in to three main groups of employers, loans and services and infrastructural loans. According to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method from experts’ and customers’ viewpoints the prioritizing of these factors were done. The gained results showed that from the experts’ viewpoints infrastructural loans were of great importance among success factors and employers and loans and services factors were located after that. But from customers’ view points, employers’ success factor gained the first position among these factors and loans and services and infrastructural loans gained the next positions. By analyzing the results, the hypothesis of these research were explored and it was found that among the critical success factors only infrastructural loans factor was of great difference in the view points of experts and customers. Also, in the subgroup factors some useful results were gained that they are completely explained in the researches.
