Abstract

Introduction: STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT in organizations leads to greater understanding and commitment among managers and employees. This study aims to identify Effective factors on CHAOS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT and develop an appropriate model in public HOSPITALs of Gilan province.Methods: In this study, a descriptive and co-relational design was used. The researcher obtained the data for the study from a sample of the 50 Management experts and HOSPITAL managers' who were selected by targeted sampling and 55 managers and experts who were selected by random sampling. The instruments used in this study were CHAOS questionnaire that developed by researcher and questionnaire of Effective factors on CHAOS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT.Results: The examination of status of components of CHAOS showed that an average of all the components (an except the strange sights) was higher than the average of 3 and was desirable. As a result, exploratory factor analysis showed that, effective five factors on STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT are ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, organizational culture, organizational technology and leadership style.Also, multiple regression analysis showed that five factors have explained 78% of CHAOS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT changes in HOSPITALs and had a significant effect on it (f (5, 44) =13.82, p<0.001). Leadership was the only factor that had a significant effect on strategic CHAOS management (Β=0.75, t=7.92, p<0.001).Conclusion: It is essential that, HOSPITAL managers implement model of STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT at the time of CHAOS in the HOSPITALs, due to the impact of leadership style on CHAOS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT.
