Abstract

Introduction: According to research conducted by many factors have an impact on the PERFORMANCE and commitment of organizations including organizational structure, organizational environment, policies and procedures, organizational culture, training and knowledge management in the organization, etc. Intelligence agencies that the organization makes decisions wisely using the maximum of their intellectual abilities and intelligent behavior and presence in the business environment of the show. And thereby improve their organization’s PERFORMANCE and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.Methods: This research is based on correlation assumptions level of PERFORMANCE and commitment of NURSES in PRIVATE HOSPITALS Alborz Province was conducted. A stratified sampling study population included 700 patients from community NURSES in PRIVATE HOSPITALS, sample using a questionnaire containing 80 questions and 101 assigned to the face and content validity by using confirmatory factor analysis were examined is taken. Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient questions via (0.91), respectively. For this purpose, 130 questionnaires were distributed and then collected 106 of these, 5 were deleted as a result of flawed.Results: Based on the results of the study measured a total score of ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE in the study population, higher than average PERFORMANCE and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT has been below the national average. The dispersion observed in 7% of NURSES and 47% of the variance in ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of NURSES is explained by the dimensions of ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE.Conclusion: As the results show higher than average of the sample group has ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE and organizational PERFORMANCE and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT is lower than average, it is suggested to preserve, protect, and promote the necessary measures be taken.
