Abstract

One of the challenges of the millennium attracts, keep and maintain the organization's TALENT. The main aim of this paper, the role of SOCIAL CAPITAL in improving TALENT management is in the PHYSICAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION. This research is based on data collected through questionnaires and a sample of 180 employees from all departments of Physical Education provinces (Khorasan Razavi, South Khorasan and Tehran) is. The research is descriptive of the kind of correlation. Data analysis methods for structural equations and the mean test are used. Overall, results showed the relationship between SOCIAL CAPITAL and management TALENT in the PHYSICAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION, there are significant and improve SOCIAL CAPITAL will improve the level of TALENT management.
