Abstract

Objectives: The main theme of the article is to clarify the role of SCIENTIFIC MEMBERS of universities in developing the student's ideal culture. Method: The method of the present article is descriptive and Delphi method and using Islamic texts to determine the role of effective factors on UNIVERSITY students culture. Results: The results of the survey indicate the importance of the role of scientific board as the most outstanding share (90.1%) among effective factors on STUDENT IDEAL CULTURE. Others are as follow: educational quantity (81.6%),educational environment (78.3%), UNIVERSITY student factors (69.8%),teaching quality (61.8%).the results of the article also indicate the personality and moral characteristics of teachers as having more important role among related factors to the SCIENTIFIC MEMBERS of UNIVERSITY. Conclusion: The author of the research concludes the necessity of teacher's attempts to introduce the main goals of knowledge acquisition among UNIVERSITY students.
